The Cognitive Liberty Conference was organized to empower individuals seeking the reclamation and fortification of mental autonomy in a world filled with psychological manipulation from the dialectics of disinformation and information overload. Advancing strategies for actualizing free thought and free will, the Cognitive Liberty Conference was hosted to equip individuals with essential tools for protecting our youth from institutional brainwashing while defending our own minds against political and psychological warfare.
During this two-day event, a lineup of scholars and educators examined how youth are being data-mined and programmed by education technologies under the pretense of socioemotional-learning (SEL) while adults are succumbing to divide-and-conquer traps laid out through psychological operations orchestrated by technocrats. Day One showcased presentations by professional educators who also participated in a roundtable discussion focused on ways to circumvent ed-tech cybernetics while instilling student bodies with cognitive liberty as a bulwark against corporate-government indoctrination. Day Two staged presentations by other scholars who also participated in a roundtable discussion focused on demystifying and dispelling the dialectical praxis of political propaganda and psychological warfare.
The Cognitive Liberty Conference was organized by Courtenay Turner, who is the host of the Courtenay Turner Podcast. Courtenay has testified before the Tennessee State General Assembly in her efforts to stop legislation that would authorize the corporatization of public education and natural resources through school choice partnerships and natural asset companies. Courtenay has also spoken at the Inspired Global Leadership Summit of the Geneva Project in Switzerland.
At the Cognitive Liberty Conference, John Klyczek gave a presentation titled "Net-Centric Warfare and Dual-Use Ed-Tech," which explicates how education technologies are being appropriated for dual-use military applications in 4th and 5th Generation Warfare (4GW and 5GW). By data-mining students’ biometrics and psychometrics, dual-use ed-tech compiles individual student psychological profiles that can be aggregated into group gestalts. Through internet-of-bodies (IoB) and internet-of-things (IoT) networks, dual-use ed-tech can be leveraged to socio-emotionally condition group dynamics to conform to the technocratic systems dynamics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Under the pretense of cybersecurity, military and intelligence agencies integrate net-centric “systems of systems” that can backdoor ed-tech cybernetics through the IoB and the IoT in order to generate AI predictive analytics for the command-and-control technocracy of the 4IR.

On Day One, Klyczek also participated in a roundtable panel titled "Building Cognitive Liberty as a Defense Against Indoctrination and Brainwashing That is Deliberately Dumbing Down the Youth of America." Other panelists included John Gentry, who has served as a CIA analyst and a professor of Intelligence Studies at the Institute for World Politics; Erin Cypers, who is the founder of Modern Home-Schoolhouse, which specializes in "whole child wellness education"; and Tiffany Boyd, who is a former tenured public school teacher, a homeschool consultant, and the founder of Free YOUR Children.

Day Two of the Cognitive Liberty Conference staged presentations by Jay Dyer, who is the author of Esoteric Hollywood Vol. I & II and the host of Jay's Analysis; Steve Coughlin, who served with the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Directorate for Intelligence; Michael O'Fallon, who is the founder of Sovereign Nations; and Dr. James Lindsay, who is the author of Cynical Theories and a contributor to New Discourses. Day Two also showcased a roundtable panel titled "Cognitive Liberty Defense Against Political Psychological Dialectical Warfare," in which Dyer, Coughlin, O'Fallon, and Lindsey deconstructed an array of dialectical hermeneutics, expounding strategies for identifying and circumventing dialectical maneuvers in psychological operations.
